The Adomi bridge The Adomi bridge is located in Atimpoku in the Eastern Region of Ghana.The bridge spans the Volta River that drains into the Gulf of Guinea , south of the Akosombo Dam . Kakum National park

The Kakum national park The kakum national park covers an area of 375 square kilometres. The park is located in the central region of Ghana. The area is covered with a tropical forest.The most notable endangered species in the park are Diana monkey , giant bongo antelope , yellow-backed duiker and African elephant . The park is an important bird area, 266 species of birds have been confirmed in the park.  It is one of the few locations in Africa with a canopy walkway , which is 350 metres (1,150 ft) long and connects seven tree tops. With viewing platforms up to 35 metres above the forest floor. Some of the tree canopies are more than 50 metres (160 ft) in height. Built with wire rope, aluminium ladders, wooden planks, and  it is secured by a series of netting for safety purposes. Paga Crocodile Pond

The paga crocodile pond  The paga crocodile pond  also known as the chief' s pond is located in paga in the Upper East region of Ghana. The pond is inhabited by wild West African crocodiles . Some crocodiles found in this pond can be as old as 90 years. Astonishingly, these crocs are so tamed that local children can swim in the pond alongside the crocodiles without being harmed by the crocodiles.  It is believed that some 600 years ago a crocodile brought a dying man to the pond to drink, who after surviving, declared the pond to be sacred and that no harm should come to the crocodile. Another story states that a man was trapped against the water's edge by a lion , when he bargained with a crocodile that none of his children would harm his kind if he would kill the lion.
